Nigel has been arranging
residential and commercial loans since 1986. He was born in
Great Britain and became a US Citizen in 1968. A UCSB graduate
and former Goleta Union School District teacher, Nigel has been
a Santa Barbara resident for over 30 years. He is very sensitive
to the needs and concerns of his clients. Whether it's a $130,000
purchase money condo loan in Goleta or a $2,350,000 refinance
of a 92-unit apartment complex in Bend, Oregon, Nigel will give
each loan the attention and care necessary to make sure that
the client gets what they want and the deal goes through smoothly.
